Wedding and Venue Assistant

Post Title: Wedding and Venue Assistant (One Year Fixed Term)
Salary: £21,255 - £22,000
Working hours: The working hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week. This will be on a rota basis from Tuesday – Sunday and will include a variety of different shifts.
You must be able to work in the evenings up until 01:30 and the majority of Saturdays as this is a popular day for our wedding bookings. Overtime and Time Off In lieu are available.

Are you a hardworking and energetic individual with a passion for people, great customer service and all things event based?
As part of our friendly hospitality team, you will be key in supporting the delivery and planning of events, weddings and Venue hire, helping to ensure all our customers have a fantastic experience with us. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities at our venue including facilitating corporate events, weddings, celebrations of life, open days, tours and background administration, creating social media content and developing physical marketing materials.
With a love of working with people, an eye for detail and confident manner you’ll be a crucial member of our events team.

This role is based at our Sheffield site. You will receive a uniform allowance, nationally recognised First Aid training and for evening shifts we will pay for a taxi home.
