Weighbridge Administrator

Net Temps are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Operator based in Hoveringham, Nottinghamshire.

Shifts 6.00am-2.00pm/2.00pm-10.00pm Rotational on a weekly basis
Job Details -

Reporting to the Yard Team Leader your role will be to liaise with drivers entering and leaving the site. Accurately processing goods in/goods out records and load checking. Operating a computer to detail dispatch information and administration of delivery documentation. Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Booking in deliveries of raw materials
• Attending to all other deliveries
• Signing in & out of all drivers & visitors
• Weighing & quantity checking of all outgoing loads
• Recording and presenting all data accurately
• Preparation of delivery tickets
• Issuing any additional tickets
• Data entry
• Outside work involved in all weather conditions
• Managing Goods inwards
• Help with office queries / invoices / orders

The right candidates should:

• Possess effective and confident communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills and experience with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Be able to work on own initiative without supervision/copes well under pressure
• Can prioritise workload and possess an accurate and methodical approach to work.
• Have the motivation to work to tight deadlines.

The role holder is expected:

• To comply with all aspects of company Compliance Policy
• To ensure that all the business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures and in such a way so as to prevent any fraudulent activities taking place
• To comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation
• To update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and attend training/development courses as and when require
• To comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company

Experience:
Previous experience of working in a weighbridge
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Abilities
Manual data input skills
