Hours: 07:00 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 12:00 Friday
Salary: £33,500-£35,000 p/annum plus enhanced overtime rates.
We are currently hiring experienced Welder Fabricators. Our projects include varied sports stadia, innovative bridges, national infrastructure, and many buildings that shape city skylines across the UK.
This is an exciting place to work, and your challenge will be to help create even more iconic structures.
You'll spend your time reading complex engineering drawings and plating within our fabrication line - all to the highest quality standards within tight production deadlines.
You'll need to be a Fabricator with extensive experience of structural steel work fabrication. You'll have a background in a similar work environment. You'll know how important safety is, and you're able to accurately record and report any adverse actions. Also, you can lift, turn, and move heavy loads with cranes. And you must have the right to work in the UK.
You'll also ideally have either a L3 NVQ Fabricating and Welding qualification, a City and Guilds L3 in Fabricating, or an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Fabricating and Welding. Experience of working with large structural frames would be useful too.
