Job Description:

• Fabricate and install custom balustrades according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Utilize effective tooling, welding procedures, and sequences to minimize distortion and ensure quality.
• Interpret shop drawings and translate details into fabrication processes.
• Provide accurate field measurements and ensure precise installation of balustrades.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional railing solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in balustrade fabrication or similar metalworking roles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of railing codes, materials, coatings, and attachment methods.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail, precision in craftsmanship, and commitment to quality workmanship.
