Welding Supervisor
Location: Leek, Staffordshire
Salary: £40k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

The Role:
As a Welding Supervisor, you will be directing steel processing, fabrication & welding ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Duties:
* Coordinate CNC plasma operations for efficiency.
* Oversee work order closures and stock transactions.
* Schedule daily tasks in alignment with production needs.
* Perform risk assessments for departmental processes.
* Uphold quality standards and safety protocols.
* Regularly inspect and upkeep safety gear and tools.
* Lead and mentor staff, promoting a quality-driven ethos.
* Conduct thorough quality control checks on manufactured items.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Welding Foreman, Welding Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Possess comprehensive knowledge of welding, fabrication, and plasma cutting.
* Skilled in 3D angle projection drawings.
* Familiarity with Autodesk drafting software.
* Effective communication skills across all levels.
Shift:
* Monday - Thursday: 8am till 5pm
* Fridays: 7:30am till 4pm.
