Welfare Benefit Caseworker

Citizens Advice Hounslow is a well-established charity operating in the London Borough of Hounslow. We work to make a difference to the lives of people coming to us for support. We deliver a high quality, agile advice service which reflects community issues and needs. We operate a service which puts people first. Thanks to our amazing team of staff and volunteers, we support over 16,000 clients a year through our face to face, phone and digital services.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced full time Welfare Benefit Caseworker/Specialist to meet the ever-growing demand on our service in to these challenging times to deliver Welfare Benefits and money advice to our clients both remotely (by phone and email) and in person.
