SalarySmart Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning training provider, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healhand Social Care to join their business on a permanent contract, who will be delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners around the Cardiff region.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Hybrid Working)
Core Duties of the Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healhand Social Care:
- Providing a quality learning experience and journey
- Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
- Occupational competence and delivering apprenticeships experience
Essential Requirements for the Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healhand Social Careinclude:
- Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector and apprenticeship delivery
- Experience of Work Based Learning
- Experience of Award Body practices Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards CAVA Qualification or equivalent qualification, ESW Communication and Application of Number Level 2.
- NVQ delivery experience of Health & Social Care routes
- Assessor qualification or equivalent and assessing experience
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to speak Welsh
- Full driving license and use of own vehicle
