Roles and Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Effectively manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

• Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and remain engaged in their learning.

• Behaviour Management: Uphold the school's behaviour policies and manage any disruptions while fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.

• Communication: Maintain open communication with teaching staff and school administrators, providing feedback on student progress and any issues that arise during the day.

• Supervision: Oversee and ensure the well-being of students during break times, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
