Sen Cover Supervisor

Willo Education are working with a large SEN / SEND secondary school in the B29 area who are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Cover Supervisor to join their team asap.

You will be someone who has experience working with children who have complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties, associated communication and language difficulties and challenging behaviours. Many of the students also have acute medical needs. The school also supports students with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and complex medical needs. Also someone who has a positive attitude, is a great team player and is reliable and flexible.

The school offer, a supportive and positive team, strong management and a welcoming environment with room for progression. The position is long term and full time, continuing into the new academic year with permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

The successful Cover Supervisor, will be able to, cover and deliver a range of engaging and enthusiastic lessons to a high standard and will be adaptable and flexible. You must have at least 6 months experience teaching children with SEN / SEND.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Minimum 6 months teaching experience
• Experience teaching secondary aged children with SEN /SEND
• Be reliable and flexible
• Be able to deliver and cover lessons to a high standard
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have a positive can do attitude
• Have a DBS on the update service or willing to gain a new one.
• Be available full time and full days (8.20am - 3-45pm)
