Those huge small victories
Whether our young people want to be an astronaut or an artist or anything in between, we are completely committed to helping them realise futures that are out of this world.
As the leading independent specialist educational provider, we believe that young people should be judged by the person they become, and not the box they tick. From this belief WG Futures has been born, a unique way to completely support every young person into the future they deserve. Developed in complete collaboration with schools, employers and young people, WG Futures is all about delivering unlimited aspiration and endless opportunity for every child.
This role will be part of our central Futures team, and the role holder will take the lead on Programme Development and delivery, as well as identifying and establishing external strategic relationships and partnerships to enable the continual evolution of the activity and support provided by the programme.
Get out what you put in
In this role you will work closely with senior personnel to deliver the ongoing Programme Development strategy for the Futures programme. This will involve managing all development projects and ensuring that research, deployment, and ongoing delivery are well managed and that there is strong collaboration with both key internal and external stakeholders.
The role of a Programme Development Lead for Futures will be a key conduit in ensuring that this exceptional programme continues to evolve and grow, thus ensuring that the achievement of outstanding outcomes for all young people are realised. Alongside the Senior Futures Lead, you will be accountable for the ongoing development of the Futures programme as well as managing performance tracking, reporting and insight management, to identify areas of improvement and opportunity that will accelerate the impact of Futures across Witherslack Group.
