Zachary Daniels are exclusively partnering with a global recognised Luxury Brand in their search for someone to oversee and head up the Wholesale and Ecommerce business in the UK and Ireland.
Although London is where their HQ is based they are open to where the candidate lives, so long as you are willing and able to travel to London 2/3 days a week.
You will be responsible for managing and driving sales, delivering on the brands global strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in a Luxury Wholesale Environment. Ideally in jewellery or watches.
Some of the Key Responsibilities are include below:
- Manage the day to day activities and operations of the brand in the UK and Ireland
- Manger the budget and take ownership of the balance sheet and income for the brand
- Prepare and submit the Sales/Marketing and Communication plans for the UK. Adopts the Brand's marketing concept for the UK, in line with the brand's worldwide concept
- Direct retail and the people management aspect including training, recruitment, coaching and hands on involvement with the retail teams to ensure sales techniques and standards are delivered
- Oversee the Ecommerce, Marketing and Event Management for the brand
- Seek new distribution opportunities both nationally and locally.
- Develop and implement business plans
- Hiring of employees in line with company needs and policies
The ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Luxury Wholesales essential
- Luxury Goods experience essential
- Event management
- Economic awareness
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Watch and Jewellery background preferred
