Responsibilities:

  • Take full end-to-end operational management responsibility for our client's growing number of Global Key Accounts, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with wholesale account managers and Wholesale Operations assistants to align custom pricing, trade terms, quantities, drop dates, and customer PO numbers.
  • Efficiently collate sales order data and present it to the internal Merchandising team for Vendor PO placement.
  • Work with the Wholesale Ops Manager to build a comprehensive wholesale-oriented VAS compliance framework across all flagship and international DC's.

  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Ops Manager and finance teams to ensure accurate fulfilment of Wholesale SO's.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Flexible approach and a willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business.
  • Experience working with internal business management software such as SAP, Oracle Net Suite, or Microsoft Navision.

Join our client's vibrant and growing team, where your operational expertise and passion for Wholesale Operations will be valued and recognised. Take on this exciting challenge and make a significant impact on the success of the organisation.
