SalaryI am working with a leading law firm based in Newbury looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join the team. The role will focus on mainly Commercial Property Matters. The firm are a leading multi-service law firm with a brilliant reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a range of Private Client matters, including:
- Supporting in drafting and executing wills.
- Assisting in drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing support in estate administration for non-taxable and taxable estates.
- Assisting in the drafting of Deeds of Variation.
- Supporting in the creation and administration of trusts.
- Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or strong interest in Private Client matters.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to business development initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
