SalaryA well established law firm in Newbury looking to recruit an experienced Wills, Planning and Probate Paralegal to join their fast paced and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months previous Legal experience and a LPC would be beneficial but not essential.
As a wills, Probate and Estate planning Paralegal, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Supporting on a caseload from inception to resolution
- Providing some legal advice to clients
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting legal documentations including proceedings and statements
- Building and maintaining relationships your network
- Providing stellar client service
