You’ll be working in a fast-paced setting delivering exceptional window & exterior cleaning services to our customers across the South of England. The successful candidate will become a specialist in this field through our industry leading training program, where you’ll learn our unique methods through a mixture of theory and practical teaching to deliver our exceptional high standards of cleaning.

Once you’ve completed the initial part of the training, you’ll be buddied up with one of our experienced PRO’s, and only when we’re confident that you have the knowledge, we’ll put you out in the field in a van on your own. The role is 80% outside and working mainly alone, which may not be for everyone so having the right mindset to productively manage your time is a must.

The role requires our field technicians to clean windows, gutters, roofs, amongst other things to both residential and commercial customers. They work all year round and use our company vans to get to each jobsite with a normal start time of 8am (but they sometimes need to leave really early to get to the job).

With our onboarding process you'll quickly get to grips with the basics of our day to day operations and working practices and as long as you bring the right commitment, work ethic and put the effort in you can quickly level up with us, and you'll be rewarded with a pay rise once each level is achieved.

**EXPERIENCE GUIDANCE

Experience in the Window / Exterior cleaning industry is classed by us, as having passed either a NVQ Level 2 in Window Cleaning or a BWCA certificate in Advanced Window Cleaning (or similar accredited certification. Without these certificates you will be required to provide proof of other training received from your previous employer which relate solely to the following areas of competency: Window cleaning, Gutter clearing/Cleaning, COSHH & Manual Handling & Working at Height.
