Job Description:
We are looking for a WMS IT Key User for our clients new site in Coventry.
The purpose of the role is to provide functional and technical support to end users.
The Role
Configure and set up WMS according to the specific needs of the warehouse
Define and manage work flows within the WMS
Work with IT and external vendors to address integration issues
Assess training needs of the team and agree learning aims
Deliver training programs in formal, informal and online settings, summarise technical user problems.
Manage and Monitor Data Quality
Collect and fomalise feedback from users
Monday-Friday 9-6
