A great opportunity has come up for a niche womenswear brand who focus onVintage inspired clothing and sell both Wholesale and online.
The role in question is as a senior level that will oversee two other designers (one shape and one graphic). You will be self-sufficient and hybrid 3 days from home and 2 from the office based near Ilford. Travel will be needed as and when and that no doubt will be both to China and the states. They are hiring due to a recent senior relocating. Their price point is high street.
MUST HAVES TO BE SUITABLE
- A recent grounding working in fast fashion womenswear (brand or supplier) .
- A recent track record of designing multi product.
- A passion for the vintage, 50/60/70’s clothing in particular
- A great understanding of current high street trends
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Design using Illustrator / cad.
- Team leader skills
- Commutable to East London at least two days a week and eligible to work in the UK for 5 or more years.
