Juli’s Catering have starting a new adventure in the street food market. Bristol based from August 2023 small indie and local family runned business. At the moment we trade from a horse trailer that was modified in a kitchen. We make pizza in a Wood Fired oven, gluten-free arancini and gluten-free cannoli. Also we have coffee Italian way, espresso from Lavazza, English tea and cold drinks as well.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's menu and recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a chef or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
