Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant - 12 month FTC - up to £100,000 per annum - London - Remote/ hybrid
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic organisation, which are recruiting for a Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant, on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for leading, analysis and executing of implementing Workday payroll system.
The Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant will have the following skills:
- Minimum of 4 years Workday Implementation experience required
- Proven experience in payroll migration/ project roles
- Significant experience of end to end, model integration's, legislation's, as well as compensation & benefits exposure
- Have operational knowledge of the Workday HR and Payroll solution including reporting functionality
- Have a solid knowledge of operational processes
- Able to assist the team with Workday training
- Able to work accurately and efficiently with an attention to detail that will ensure accuracy when processing changes
- Experience of managing a varied workload, prioritising accordingly whilst focusing on key objectives

* Proven track record of delivering an initial brief successfully, with tight deadlines
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
