Workday Systems Analyst – £60K + Excellent Benefits – Hybrid

We are recruiting for a Workday System Analyst to coordinate and support the design, build, testing and maintenance of configuration enhancements across the Workday system. The successful candidate will provide technical level expertise in diagnosing and resolving applications or systems issues whilst ensuring robust data governance, accurate reporting, and security management.
Role & Responsibilities:
Undertake discovery, design and build of the full range of configurations across all Workday skews including: HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, Help, Payroll, Performance, Talent
Oversee configuration development undertaken by Workday AMS provider, briefing requirements, testing and moving into production as required
Manage the end-to-end testing processes and documentation for any configuration built either internally or externally by Workday AMS provider
Provide support, development & technical guidance to members of people team
Support with day-to-day system management including troubleshooting complex system issues/fixes and ensure robust data and security management
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Workday systems experience - (experience to include configurations, security management, knowledge of Recruitment, Absence & Learning and other Workday modules
Working with Application Management Services (AMS) providers
Experience of working with data visualisation tools (particularly Tableau)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Project & Change Management (Systems) experience
Good understanding of GDPR
Package:
Up to £60,000 basic salary
London – 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday mandatory)
25 days holiday
Pension 3% personal 15% company (10% can be withdrawn as a cash bonus each year)
