Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a global Professional Services organisation in their search for a Workforce Analyst to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and producing insightful analytic using a range of technologies such as Workday, Power BI, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide analytical solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using various tools such as Workday, Power BI, and Excel
- Analyse complex data sets and present meaningful insights to support decision making
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to enhance reporting and analytics processes
- Assist in training and educating stakeholders on how to effectively use HR reporting tools and data visualization techniques
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR BI/MI analyst; The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and possess extensive knowledge of HR reporting technology and practices. This role will be responsible for providing crucial insights and data-driven solutions to inform business decisions.
