WORKROOM & ALTERATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the store manager to ensure all areas of the workroom are managed effectively and in a timely manner
- As a Workroom & Alterations Manager you will lead your team to deliver to the highest of standards and with a great understading of each client brief. Assist with fitting room appointments when needed and ensure the client is listened to effectively. Be able to deal with challenging situations in a calm and composed manner, with a solution finding outlook.
- Mentor and support your team, dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently. Set up a fluid team shedule to ensure all areas are covered properly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of managing a team in the role of a Supervisor, Workroom Manager or Alterations Manager. Management experience is essential for this role.
- Possess a wealth of experience in delaing with fabrics, alterations and fittings.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels.
