Our client manages green spaces across London.
They are now looking for a Works Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As the Works Project Manager, you will oversee a range of refurbishment and new build projects across our client’s sites.
Primarily working at the feasibility and construction stages of projects, you will operate as part of a small internal team supported by multi-discipline consultants. You will take concepts through initial design, planning, detail design, tender and delivery stages, following on from the RIBA activity.
Acting as the PM, you will also manage specialist services such as architects, various engineers and planning consultants, as well as contractors to support the build stages.
You will be responsible for designing, planning and managing construction and engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in budget.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Project management experience, ideally in an estate management environment
- Strong experience of effectively managing contractors and recording accurate information
- Experience of planning application submissions, inspecting works and working with planning consultants
- Excellent negotiation and customer-facing skills
- The ability to define project scope and goals through a Project Brief
- A degree or equivalent through relevant training or experience
