SalaryPertemps Crawley are working alongside an established, successful installation and maintenance company based in Horsham, looking for a proactive, dynamic and detail-oriented Works Scheduler to join their high-energy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organisation and problem-solving, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Plan and schedule all planned and reactive works requests
- Assess and ensure resources are efficiently allocated
- Keep track of maintenance activities using our advanced CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and provide insightful reports to management
- Liaise closely with internal teams for updates and site access
- Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance scheduling processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
- Previous experience in a scheduling role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve issues proactively
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Salary of £26,000
- Working hours of 8.30am - 5pm
- 20 Days holiday (Increasing every year of service up to a maximum of 25)
