SalaryOur client, a leading Production Engineering Organization is looking for a Workshop Assistant to join their friendly team. Their modern factory includes the latest machinery and equipment, which provides a flexible and reliable supply of bespoke components to their many UK and international customers.
ROLE:
The Workshop Assistant will possess practical skills and have a 'hands on' approach to their tasks. Duties will include general tidying, organising, and locating various tools, equipment, supplies and work areas.
The role will include the development of practical skills and training to gain experience of working with high-tech production machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable and conscientious.
Able to perform basic practical skills.
Enthusiastic and have a positive disposition.
Based in Amersham, with parking available and sited near to bus and underground/train links.
GBP13.00 per hour, equivalent to GBP25,350 per annum (Negotiable)
Shift work would be available (additional rate of pay would apply) and overtime
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week).
21 days holidays, plus public holidays.
