- Previous Workshop Controller Experience Advantageous, Senior / Master Technicians Looking For Step Up Also Considered
- Lead and manage a team of bodyshop technicians, overseeing the cosmetic repair process for pre-owned vehicles.
- Implement and uphold high standards of health and safety protocols, ensuring the safe use of equipment and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Provide support to the Service Manager in various operational aspects.
- Ensure all repairs and refurbishments meet stringent quality standards, employing the appropriate repair methods.
- Take charge of departmental health and safety, conducting regular checks to ensure adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient working environment, prioritizing colleague well-being and compliance.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective team management and coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Experience in leading or supervising a team is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
