I am currently working a client of mine who is looking for someone who is confident to lead a team of professional Technicians and Apprentices within a workshop environment for their Commercial Franchise located in Edinburgh.
What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
- Experience working in a workshop environment.
- Ideally someone who is a level 3 qualified Technician.
- Previous experience leading teams – Highly beneficial
- Able to multitask jobs and work loads.
- Can allocate jobs according to skillset
- Able to help develop and train junior and apprentice staff.
- Can manage overtime and purchases.
- Have a fantastic Customer Service
- Able to provide appraisals for employees.
- Can provide reports for senior management when needed.

- Edinburgh region
- Basic Salary up to £35,000
- Achievable earnings of £40,000
- 42 hour working week.
- Monday – Friday. Weekends on a rota.
