The Role: As a Workshop Controller, you will assign tasks to vehicle technicians for the seamless operation of the workshop. Responsibilities: ? Implement effective processes for high satisfaction levels.
? Maximise hours sold, revenue per transaction, VHC adherence, and product sales.
? Motivate and develop the team to achieve daily objectives.
? Maintain a strong relationship with the parts department for optimal availability.
? Guarantee accurate completion of repair documentation.
? Adhere to manufacturer warranty standards consistently.
? Maintain a safe working environment and uphold high standards of housekeeping. Requirements: ? Previously worked as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role.
? Franchised dealership background.
? Basic IT literacy.
? Experience as a fully qualified Technician / MOT tester. (Preferred)
? Full UK driving licence. Shifts: ? Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
