We are looking for a market leading manufacturing company, to add a Workshop Co-Ordinator to their team based in Warrington.
We would welcome applications from Workshop Co-Ordinators, Workshop Administrators, Service Administrators or candidates from a similar background.

Duties of the Workshop Co-Ordinator:

• First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


• PDI database administration.


• Plan workload for the workshop personnel.


• Create workshop reports on KPI's.


• Carry out quotations on repair work.


• Open and invoice jobs.


• Administration and document management of COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SSW's and workshop inspections.


• Administration of and assistance of incident investigation process for cases of injury, near miss, ill health & loss events.


• Undertake ISO audits as and when required.

What we need from you for the Workshop Co-Ordinatorrole:

• Basic computer skills.


• Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organization and external contacts including customers and suppliers.


• Problem solving.


• Integrity.
