SalaryWe are currently seeking a Yard Operative for our Immingham depot.
The main duties will be:
- Unloading and loading lorries.
- Assisting with machinery for hire.
- Housekeeping of the depot.
- Refuelling and cleaning of generators and equipment.
- Checking equipment being returned from hire.
- Completion of paperwork.
- Delivery of equipment to customer sites as required.
- Organising the warehouse and stock.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude. Ideally already have a valid fork-lift licence but in-house training will be provided for the right candidate
You will need to be physically fit as this role involves heavy lifting and is very hands on.
This role would be suited to someone with mechanical/electrical interests.
Skills Required
- Good time management, ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working on own initiative
- Full Driving Licence
- Forklift experience

Hours of work are typically Mon- Fri 08.00-17.30, however flexibilty to suit the demands of the business is required.
