About Us: Spencer Clarke Group is excited to partner with a 'Good' graded primary school in the Skelmersdale area. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team for the entire academic year starting in September 2024.
The Role: As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to a class of enthusiastic and eager learners. You will be joining a supportive team committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Assess and record pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
