SalaryWe're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a school community in Castle Bromwich on a full-time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering effective, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
- Managing classroom behavior to create a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Supervising teaching assistants within the classroom to ensure effective support for all students.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to parents and families, fostering strong partnerships in education.
- Completing assessments and reports to track student progress and inform future teaching strategies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- A positive role model with strong behavior management skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
