Job Title: Year 5/6 Teacher - Full-Time

Contract: Term 5 and 6

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 5/6 Teacher to join a dynamic primary School. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing the academic and personal development of our students.

Their enthusiasm and caring team fosters high academic standards in seven classrooms, an ICT Suite, library, hall, and a designated gardening area. Key Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and substantial teaching experience.
- Strong understanding and experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Proven ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to inspire a love for learning.
- Provide targeted support for students with SEN, fostering their individual development.
