Job Description Job Duties:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Year 5/6 children
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to pupils, parents, and school leadership
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of children
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for education and fostering a love of learning
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Full-time position with temporary contract
- Typical school hours, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based teaching with additional responsibilities as required
