Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and tailored support to young individuals with various needs.Work directly in services within Basildon, Laindon, and Pitsea.Offer assistance in areas such as complex needs, emotional needs, Mental Health, and challenging behavior.Adapt to a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins, 1-to-1s, and nights.
