Position: Youth Engagement Worker - Kick the Dust
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Norwich or Great Yarmouth
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026
Hours per week: 7.5 hours
Job Role
To engage and support YMCA Norfolk residents as well as young people outside our housing to access the Norfolk Kick the Dust project. Promotion of meaningful use of time across all services to aid in the personal development of service users.

What youll need to succeed
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff, young people and external contacts from a variety of backgrounds. You'll have experience of youth participation and involvement, as well as running small group sessions and activities with young people. You'll need a full driving license and have your own transport in order to travel to .
