Youth Offending Service Case Manager

£27 per hour umbrella

We are looking for a qualified probation officer to work part time in our YJS to support transitions work for children from YJS to adult NPS services. Ideally the worker will have experience in working in Youth Justice Services prior and have recent work experience in NPS case management and their systems.

Candidate must be a qualified probation officer and have at least 12 months experience in probation case management.

Skills:

Ability to manage a complex and varied caseload. (HCC) Ability to exercise professional judgement and take difficult decisions which can significantly affect children and young people.

Ability to write comprehensive reports, maintain concise and up to date case records.

Experience of dealing with complex caseloads.
