Purpose
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding participants accessing our services on the Refugee Employability Programme (REP) with the ultimate objective of finding suitable employment. REP, an initiative by the Home Office, is specifically designed to address the unique needs of refugees, providing them with the necessary support to secure employment and build fulfilling lives by removing barriers that may not be fully addressed by mainstream services.
Working within Shaw Trust locations, co-location sites, and community venues in London, you will prioritise the needs of participants by delivering individualised, timely support, encouragement, and guidance. Building and maintaining strong networks, you will drive referrals and create opportunities for participants, ensuring they have access to a wide range of resources.
Your dedication and commitment will be instrumental in achieving targets, maintaining compliance, and upholding exceptional quality standards to deliver outstanding outcomes for each participant. Essential:
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of successfully achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional customer progression routes, working with employers, local communities, health services or voluntary sector organisations
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively
