Job Title: Youth Worker

Location: Stockport

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Salary: £90-120 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and provide support to students to enhance their personal, social, and educational development.

Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages open communication and fosters trust and respect among students.

Develop and implement tailored programs and activities to address the unique needs and interests of the students.

Offer mentoring and guidance to students, promoting their mental well-being and personal growth.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support and development.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with young people in a similar capacity, preferably within an educational setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Understanding of youth development principles and a passion for supporting young individuals in reaching their full potential.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the dynamic needs of students and the school environment.

A commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
