Key Responsibilities:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to a child with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a strong rapport with the student
- Delivering tailored support and interventions
- Assisting the child in overcoming educational challenges
- Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
