We have an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic independent training provider based in the Midlands.
Working remotely from the comfort of your home we are looking for a dedicated team member proficient in delivering Sales Executive Apprenticeships up to Level 4, along with Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeships.

Responsibilities as a Trainer/Assessor- Sales Executive Level 4:
• Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices enrolled in the Sales Executive Apprenticeship program, including conducting classroom-based training, on-the-job assessments, and mentoring
• Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with the curriculum and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular feedback and support to apprentices, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement and providing guidance to help them achieve their learning goals
• Support apprentices in developing their practical skills in Sales settings, observing and assessing their competence and providing constructive feedback
• Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner’s qualification.
• Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English
• Monitor apprentices' progress and maintain accurate records of their learning journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships.
Skills and Requirements Trainer/Assessor- Sales Executive Level 4:
• Sector Expertise: Strong background and experience in the Sales sector, ideally as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive or Business Development Management
• Apprenticeship Delivery: Proven track record in coaching Sales Executive Level 4, Management Level 5, and related apprenticeships.
• Qualifications: Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA preferred) and recognised teaching certification.
• Essential Certifications: Enhanced DBS check and a full UK Driving License.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.
