This company are a well-established yet growing provider of varying services and solutions within the automotive industry to a broad customer base ranging from car dealers to major groups. They have continually grown to the point they have a multi-million £ turnover and are looking to grow their friendly office team.
This Monday-Friday days based role will see you making outbound calls to renew customer subscriptions and upsell to them, in addition to dealing with customer enquiries and complaints and undertaking some administration responsibilities as you work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour lunch.

This permanent role would suit an individual looking to kickstart their career in an Office / Sales environment within a well-established company offering a good work life balance and the chance to progress your career.

The Role:

• Making outbound calls to renew customer subscriptions
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
• General administrative duties
• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• Office based role with opportunity for 1 day per home post probation
• Friendly office environment and team
