Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a Special Educational Needs Setting in Burton on Trent to assist with their recruitment for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants.

This is a Full time, permanent position, working 39 hours per week . Covering Monday - Thursday 8.15 am -4.15pm and 8.15 - 3.00pm on Fridays , for the school terms . This position offers an annual salary of £20,624.76 per annum once you transfer from completing the initial 12 week temp to perm placement.

Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement individualised education plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting children's development.
