This client is a top 5 tech giant with a global retail operation, video streaming platform, and has a big imprint in web services. This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces.
Job Description:
This organisation is building its private brands offer in Consumer Goods covering a wide variety of product categories. The vision of CPB is to be the intuitive choice of daily essentials at unrivalled value that delights customers and keeps them coming back for more. The selection team drives our worldwide selection strategy and you will partner with tech and business teams to deliver our Pack size Optimization program.
Basic qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Excel
• 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with delivering results experience
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
• Fluent in English
  

 Preferred qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of another language incl. Spanish, French, German and/or Italian
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

 Key responsibilities:

• Identifying selection eligible for our new Pack size Optimization program
• Creating and implementing our Pack size Optimization strategy across our WW catalogue
• Monitoring and maintaining CX on Pack size optimised selection and related catalogue features
• Building a dedicated reporting on KPIs and provide leadership with frequent updates
• Creating processes to hand over Pack size management to our category and functional teams in the long-term and create respective documentation
• Act as central POC and conduct a weekly office hour to support our category teams
• Plan and execute experimentation on Pack size Optimization and analyse results to define forward going Pack size Optimization strategy
