What to expect
An exciting opportunity to join Post Office and work on our biggest product. You will proactively drive key partner relationships and interpret market needs to create compelling propositions and executing commercial strategies responsible for delivering the Non-Royal Mail specific P&L and its growth. By building and maintaining high level relationships combined with astute contract management skills, this role will deliver our contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and maximise the commercial opportunity for Postmasters, Post Office and our partners.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Business studies degree or similar professional qualification
- Extensive experience of Commercial or Business Development at a senior leadership level in a customer centric performance driven organisation(s) ideally in the UK parcel distribution, e-commerce, marketplace or a related sector
- Demonstrable experience of driving exceptional trading performance (material £ millions of profit and revenue) in a 3rd party network environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to maintain strong individual relationships with your strategic partner and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in developing a deep analytical understanding of strategic partners to support a clearly defined strategy and plans for the relationship including governance, monitoring and evaluation of the maturity of the relationship.
- Proven experience in directing large, £multi-million projects, bringing products / solutions to market from ideation.
- Multi / Omni channel awareness with an emphasis on digital and physical journeys complementing the customer proposition.
