What is the opportunity?
The Campus Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing day to day support of Campus Recruitment activity for Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
You will ensure best practice methods with high attention to candidate care at all times and will be supporting the Campus team with all aspects of RBC’s end to end recruitment processes.
You will have accountability for Campus Recruitment Inbox, general candidate queries and tracking of all related invoices and expenses.
You will also be accountable for all administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, working collaboratively with the Talent Cycle Onboarding Team.
What will you do?
Support the attraction strategy for all of Capital Markets and Wealth Management Campus Recruitment with the aim of:
i) Attracting and recruiting a class of high calibre interns, graduates and school leavers across a range of diversity measures
ii) Attracting and recruiting a class of high calibre interns, graduate and school leavers with potential to develop into the future leaders of the organization
Agile response to targets set for hiring initiatives and as hoc requests for student hires
Accountable for booking all campus activity including internal and external campus events
Organise and coordinate all Careers Fairs and campus presentations including booking of venues and logistics for the Campus Recruitment team and the business. Also represent and promote RBC at fairs and presentations
Management of Campus Recruitment Inbox, ensuring timely response and liaising with ATS/Psychometric Suppliers for specific candidate queries. This will include tracking and recording all invoices / expenses
Accountable for all in house assessment process logistics including room booking and requesting / logging / maintaining accurate records of all business interview availability
Liaison and coordination with external vendors for organisation of off premises assessments and events
Responsible for requesting business support for interviews and assessments from all departments and platforms
Responsible for application screening for Technology, Finance and Risk internships ensuring consistent and objective evaluation of all candidates
Timetable and coordinate screening, interview scheduling for first round telephone interviews and assessment centre logistics / expenses
Responsible for accurate and timely post assessment data collection ensuring assessment matrix documents are kept accurate / updated regularly
Execution of ‘first class’ candidate care ensuring all candidate email and phone enquiries are followed up
Specific responsibility for all onboarding processes to ensure interns have standard set up for day 1.
Accountable for monitoring and tracking all candidate responses pre and post offer to day 1, liaising closely with Talent Cycle team, to ensure all offer documentation is prepared, sent and tracked efficiently
Collate and draft reports for all MI requests related to attraction strategy and recruitment process including requests for reports generated through ATS system.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Experience of high-volume interview and assessment scheduling and awareness of Campus Recruitment cycles, methods, legislation and attraction strategies
A clear understanding of Financial Services Campus Recruitment and interest in global business environment
Statistical evaluation, reporting using Microsoft Office tools and attention to detail
Confident with use of ATS systems and awareness of relevant data legislation
High level of professionalism in oral, written and email communications and working with confidential information
Structured, analytical approach to work complemented by a curious mind-set
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels of a matrix organisation
Excellent organisation skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Nice-to-have
Campus attraction and marketing experience
Experience in IT / technical recruitment
Experience of recruitment for European market.
