1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary & Benefits: GBP25k to GBP33K +Bonus, 25 days holiday, Healthcare, Life Insurance
nufuture has an opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer with a software house based in Milton Keynes that has an impressive client base of some of the biggest global brands.
They are a company of around 50 people, and you will support the development teams, operational staff and executives. This role would suit someone looking for a step up or a career 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer.
You will work closely with the Infrastructure/Security Manager and have opportunities to upskill and work on upgrades, rollout and new technology initiatives.
I have worked with this company for several years and can vouch for their inclusive culture as they are a good group, friendly and easygoing.
This would be a good role for someone who wants to work with an end client, have exposure to all departments of a business and have opportunities to expand their skill set.
Responsibilities
- Technical support of a suite of business applications.
- Solid Office 365 experience
- Experienced in documenting IT systems with good attention to detail
- Proven experience supporting Windows environments
- Good communication skills -spoken and written
- Ability to implement and operate Quality systems and processes
