My client is small but mighty Software house within the Healthcare and Pharma space who provide industry-leading bespoke products to UK based companies.
They are now looking for a driven and technically minded individual to take lead with Support and to provide training on the Software! If you are looking for a new challenge where you can learn all about new Technologies and Software's, please apply below.

Key Skills:
- 3+ years of successful IT/Technical experience
- Microsoft stack experience/Application support experience
- The ability to speak to Technical and Non-technical people
- Proficient with Windows 10/11
Desirable Skills:
- Scripting & Reporting
- Interest in Coding
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to external users on mainstream and bespoke software
- Support the implementation of the software for new clients
- Provide online Training to clients on the systems and software (Full training will be provided for this)
- Communicated with clients who are both technical and non-technical
- Testing and troubleshooting technologies
- Create new workflows via scripting
