You'll use your tech skills and knowledge of C# programming language to help develop and implement our suite of health and safety SaaS software modules as well as provide technical support to fix issues and respond to client requirements.
In a varied development role, you will be reporting to the Head of Technical Operations.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures:
- Assisting our user base with technical queries (1st and 2nd line support).
- Performing release testing on new developments across the team.
- Delivering client training and product demonstrations when required.
- Carrying out BI Data analytics standard implementations using Qlik BI.
- Carrying out development work on the Riskex AssessNET platform (modules and global changes) in C#.
- Supporting the Head of Technical Operations in coordinating client mobilisation works from discovery meeting through to go live/client sign-off.
- Operating to Agile Methodologies and adhering to Scrum practices.
- Good understanding of C#, ideally used within a .NET environment.
- Basic understanding of MSSQL or equivalent RDMS.
- Knowledge of common DEV tools, (Visual Studio / GIT).
- Good understanding of client-side technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/JQUERY).
- A basic understanding of Microsoft .NET Frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer-focussed approach.
- Capable self-starter with a demonstrable commitment to self-learning.
- Strong team player, with an aptitude for cross-functional working.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- 20 Days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Entry requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need at least five GCSEs at Grade 4(C) or above including English and Maths at least Grade 6(B) or equivalent.
Have been ordinarily resident in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship.
Training to be provided
Software Developer Level 4.
You'll be studying at the South Central Institute of Technology, Bletchley, one day a week.
