We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on food production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.


• Breakdown Response: Rapidly respond to and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to restore operations.


• Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a wide range of production equipment.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.


• Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.


• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Working Hours:

• Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (days and nights, rotating shifts)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.


• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of food production machinery and maintenance procedures.


• Engineering Discipline: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.


• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.


• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
